Our Services- We offer only Single Cremations not separate," individual," "private"  or mass cremations.

• Numbered Stainless Steel Identification Tag
• Ceramic Memory Heart - ( Outer heart represents your heart, inner heart, your loved ones heart. Your loved one’s heart is attached to them with a ribbon and cremated with them. It is returned to you, two hearts reunited. 

Fairwinds is not, and does not want to be a volume-based pet cremation service.  That is only a small part of what I offer those that believe like me, that our pets are our family, and deserve to be treated with love and respect when they have to leave us. "My" pets are always carefully cleansed and cared for. I encourage you to make an appointment to visit with me at Fairwinds and compare my services and facility to others you may have used. I know you will see that what I do is the only choice for your loved one.
 
Witness Cremation:  This additional service is for those clients that want to be present for the cremation.  The family typically walks back to the cremation area with their loved one. At this point, you may or may not want to witness the actual transfer of remains into the cremation chamber. Most will say their final goodbyes, then are escorted back into the center to wait for the cremation to be completed and the remains returned to you. Depending upon the size of the pet, this can be between one and  three hours. During this time, families
 either wait here at the center, or leave and return when the process is completed. There is an additional fee for this because: cremations are otherwise performed at a time that is within a 5 day period & the remains require some preparation prior to cremation .
 
Center hours:
9a-6p Monday-Saturday. Available 24 hours for retrievals from your home/ vet  or for families that prefer to bring their loved  to Fairwinds.

Receiving into Fairwinds Center:

• Clients can bring loved ones to the center during business hours at no fee. After hours, Sunday, and Holidays- $40.00

•  0-60 lbs. - $175
• 60-150lbs. - $225
• (Giant breeds add $1.00 for each pound over 150)
• Witnessed Cremation by appointment only - $300 &  $350 
• Fairwinds Bronze package- Our Client's Choice
  • There is a single fee of  $650.00 to include the following services:
  • Immediate (within 2 hours) Retrieval 
  • Animal Companion swaddled in blankets and placed in basket 
  • Safe Journey Pet Tracking System with absolute single cremation 
  • Refrigeration Prior to Cremation for up to one week while family makes final plans. 
  • One individual Fairwinds Staff member will be with the animal companion for each step of the process 
  • Final body bathing and preparation for visitation 
  • Final Visitation (up to 2 hours) with animal companion by appointment prior to cremation 
  • Paw Print impression for wall or desk frame (mahogany or black) or a Mahogany Memory Box. 
  • Hair Clipping 
  • Ceramic Memory Heart cremated with animal companion and returned to family to fit inside family portion of the heart 
  • Remains returned in an appropriate sized, hand-made, cedar urn  ( if you choose a differnt urn-$50 is credited)
  • Stainless Steel ID tag returned with cremains 
  • Copy of Safe Journey Chronicle for your record

• Funerals at other locations than Fairwinds Center can be planned with you at additional fees.
• Minister fees: $100 which includes: 30 minute funeral planning  phone consultation, 30 minute phone grief counseling, 1 photo spiral bound booklet of the content of the service. Additional booklets can be ordered for $10. Additional phone grief consulation and grief counseling available for additional fees.
