Terms and Agreement

The purchaser agrees to pay the total amount detailed in purchase agreement/invoice to the seller, together with any additional purchases and related taxes which may be requested, at the time of agreement.  Payment may be made within 30 days of agreement with prior arrangement by seller.  Accounts due over 30 days will incur a $40 late fee for each subsequent 30 days past due.  If purchaser’s check is dishonored by seller’s bank, a service fee of $40.00 will be assessed to the account of the purchaser.
